The hotel had a nice layout with a friendly atmosphere. The shuttle drivers, especially one named Austin, provided excellent service to the airport. Rooms were spacious with great in-room amenities like a full kitchen, which made my stay comfortable. However, I faced issues with cleaning. some areas in my room were not tidy upon arrival, and housekeeping didn't come to clean the next day. The lack of linens for the sofa bed was frustrating, affecting my family's comfort. The front desk staff worked hard to resolve the issues, but the initial experience soured the start of my stay.
